Performance 5-panel honeycomb cap

Custom cap with your logo: 5-panel performance cap in honeycomb polyester 160 g/m². Mid profile with a pre-curved peak, poly-cotton inner sweatband and an adjustable strap for a comfortable, personalised fit. Square-front construction ensures a consistent shape. The fabric promotes breathability and moisture wicking, suitable for casual wear and sporting activities.

Personalisation: choose the panel colour from 19 shades or request a Pantone match. Options include making all panels the same colour, eyelets and stitching in matching or contrast colours, three types of closures, and adding an external woven label or only the care label. Main marking area: front panel (marking sizes up to 60 cm²) compatible with 2D & 3D embroidery, screen print, transfer and various badges (woven, sublimated, PU, PVC). Other marking sites: sides, top and underside of the peak, closure, back, sweatband and inner stitching with the listed techniques.
