What you can choose

6-panel cotton twill cap made from 260 g/m² cotton with a contrast polycotton sandwich peak. Mid-profile with a pre-curved visor, ventilation eyelets, a cotton sweatband and an adjustable strap for a comfortable fit. The construction is structured yet flexible, keeping the cap’s shape while remaining comfortable for everyday wear.

Design your custom cap with your logo by choosing the panel colour (61 shades) and sandwich colour (13 shades); Pantone matches are available. Options include making all panels the same colour, eyelets and stitching in contrast or matching, a choice of fastenings and adding an external woven label or care label only. Main branding area: front panel — 2D embroidery, 3D embroidery, screen print, transfer, badge (woven, sublimated, brown embossed PU, PVC) available in sizes up to 60 cm². Other areas (sides, top/under peak, closure, rear and sweatband) can be marked using the techniques listed.
