How it works in the workshop

  1. The artwork

Your file is prepared in high resolution.

  2. The set-up

The item is placed in a suitable fixture.

  3. The printing

The printer deposits the colours directly onto the item.

  4. The drying

The ink is dried and the item checked.

The principle in a diagram

1234
  1. Print head It projects fine droplets of colour (cyan, magenta, yellow, black), with white on dark items.
  2. Instant drying UV lamps cure the ink as the head passes.
  3. Objects secured in fixtures Items are placed in a jig so each logo falls exactly in the same place.
  4. Full colour, without screens Photos, gradients and small text: everything prints in one pass, even in small quantities.

In pictures: digital printing

Objects marked with this technique. Each product is available with your logo.

“Example of marking”: demonstration photo supplied by the product manufacturer, with a fictitious logo.

Your whole design, even in colour

Where pad printing and screen printing require preparation by colour, digital printing prints all colours at once. It’s the solution for a multicolour logo, a team photo, an illustration or a campaign visual.
