Four questions to choose the right technique

  1. What does your design look like? One colour, several solid areas, or gradients and photos?
  2. How many pieces? A single item, a small run or several hundreds?
  3. On which substrate? Cotton, polyester, a lined jacket, a pen?
  4. For what use? A one-day event or workwear washed every week?

With these four answers, we choose the best technique. To go further, read our comparison embroidery, DTF, flex or screen printing, the guide preparing a perfect print file and what makes the price vary.

Frequently asked questions

Embroidery: the design becomes part of the fabric and withstands frequent washing.

It depends on the quantity: for a few pieces, DTF or flex; for a large run with the same design, screen printing.

DTF printing: it reproduces photos and gradients, on light or dark textiles.

Yes, for example a premium embroidered logo on the front and a large DTF print on the back.
