Is the advice charged?
No. Advice on technique, textile and preparing your file is free and without obligation, whether you order one item or several hundred.
I don't have a logo in the right format, is that a problem?
No. Send what you have (photo, screenshot, PDF): our design studio can retouch or vectorise your logo. We'll tell you in the quote if it's necessary.
Can I see samples at the workshop?
Yes, by appointment at our Evere workshop: you can feel the textiles and compare finishes (embroidery, DTF, flex, screen printing).
How long until you reply?
We respond to enquiries within 24 h on weekdays. For a quick question, the phone is still the easiest.
