Which printing method to choose for your t-shirts?

There isn’t a single “best” technique: it depends on your design, the number of pieces and the desired finish. Here’s how we decide with you.

For a unique t-shirt, a prototype or a few pieces with a multi-colour logo, DTF is often the best choice. For jerseys with names and numbers, flex (vinyl) printing is the go-to. As quantities rise, screen printing and screen-print transfer become more economical. Not sure? Simply state it in your request and we’ll recommend the most suitable method.

And if you prefer a small embroidered heart logo, that’s possible too: embroidery gives a very high-quality result, even on a t-shirt.

Choosing the right t-shirt

Our t-shirt catalogue offers models for men, women, unisex and children, from recognised clothing brands such as Kariban or Gildan. A few pointers to help you make the right choice:

• Weight (gsm) : the higher it is, the thicker the t-shirt and the longer it lasts. A lighter model is fine for a one-off event.
• Material : cotton for comfort, polyester for sport, and an eco-friendly range in organic cotton or recycled polyester.
• Cut and colour : crew neck or V-neck, fitted or classic cut. On dark textiles, some techniques require a white underbase: we account for this in the quote.

Lead times: standard to express

For a standard order, allow generally 10 working days. Need it faster? For items in stock, we offer an express 24 h service. The easiest is to tell us your deadline when requesting a quote.

How to order your printed t-shirts

1. Choose your model from the catalogue (or ask us for advice).
2. Specify quantities by size and colour. You can mix sizes within the same order.
3. Send your logo, ideally as a vector (AI, EPS, PDF) or a high-resolution PNG. No usable file? Our design studio can rework your logo.
4. Receive your free quote in 24 h on weekdays, with the proposed technique and placement.
5. Approve, then collect your order from our Brussels workshop or have it delivered anywhere in Belgium.

How much does a printed t-shirt cost?

The price of a personalised t-shirt depends on five elements: the t-shirt model, the printing technique, the number of colours, the number of marked locations (chest, back, sleeve...) and the quantity. Our prices are tiered: the more you order, the lower the unit price. The textile-only price is shown on each product page, and marking costs are quoted free of charge in your quote.
