What you can choose
custom 6-panel cotton twill cap with your logo. Made in 260 gsm cotton twill. Mid-profile with pre-curved peak, ventilation eyelets, matching sweatband and adjustable strap. Structured yet flexible construction retains shape while staying comfortable. Suitable for sports events, work uniforms or everyday wear.
You select the panel colour (61 swatches available or any Pantone shade on request). Options include all panels same colour yes/no, eyelets matching or contrasting, stitching matching or contrasting, choice of closure and adding an external woven label. Main marking area: front panel — Embroidery 2D, 3D embroidery, Screen print, Transfer, badges (woven, sublimated, brown PU debossed, PVC) up to 60 cm². Other areas: sides, top and underside of peak, closure, back, sweatband and internal seam print as listed in the product details.
