Custom 5-panel polyester cap with your logo, mid-profile and pre-curved peak. Structured yet flexible build, ventilation eyelets, polycotton sweatband and adjustable strap for a comfortable fit. The full surface can be printed for uninterrupted designs and brand visibility.

You may pick the panel colour from 18 shades or request any Pantone. Options include making all panels the same colour, eyelets and stitching in match or contrast, various closures and label choices (internal care label or external woven label). Main marking area: front panel by sublimation (four-colour). Other markable areas: sides, back, top/under peak and strap (embroidery, screen print, transfer or sublimation depending on the zone), sweatband with woven label.
