Custom cap with your logo: 5-panel cap in recycled PET 205 g/m². Medium profile with pre-curved peak, ventilation eyelets and a matching polycotton sweatband. Adjustable strap for a comfortable fit. Structured yet flexible construction keeps the shape while remaining wearable.

You pick the panel colour (8-colour swatch or any Pantone on request). Options include same-colour panels (yes/no), eyelets in matching or contrast colour, contrast or matching stitching, multiple closure choices and an external woven label or care-only label. Main marking area: front panel — 2D embroidery, 3D embroidery, screen print, transfer, woven badge, sublimated badge, brown embossed PU badge or PVC badge (marking sizes up to 30–60 cm² as offered). Other zones (side panels, top/under peak, closure, rear, sweatband) also accept embroidery, screen print, transfer or badges as listed on the product sheet.
