The Opal Aware™ 6-panel recycled cap is a unisex design with a comfortable fit for a 58 cm head. Constructed from heavy brushed cotton twill (70% recycled cotton, 30% recycled polyester, 240 g/m²), it offers durability and soft wear. A metal buckle provides secure, easy adjustment. The Cyclo® technology uses pre-sorted waste to determine thread colour, and each cap includes an Aware™ tracer accessible by QR for enhanced supply-chain transparency. A smart everyday accessory that emphasises circularity and responsible material use.
We can produce a custom / personalised cap with logo using embroidery, DTF printing, flex, screen printing, screen-print transfers (1 colour and multicolour) and embroidered patches. Ideal for companies, sports clubs, associations, schools, events and private customers.
