CompositionPE

This unisex 5-panel trucker cap, model Bubble, is designed for everyday wear and outdoor events. The foam front provides structure while the curved visor shields from the sun; mesh panels at the back promote airflow. Constructed from polyester (PE) with a plastic snapback adjustment in size 7 1/4, it is lightweight and simple to care for.

Key details include a padded front panel with visible seams, structured visor and reinforced stitching for repeated outdoor use. The cap’s design focuses on ventilation and comfort, with compact dimensions around 22 x 17 x 11.5 cm for easy storage and transport.

Personalisation options include embroidery, DTF printing, screen printing on objects (screen printing), multicolour transfer, sublimation and flex.
