CompositionCotton

The Bilgola bucket hat is a classic cotton bucket with a soft, unstructured shape and a stitched brim that holds its form. Made from cotton (160 g/m²) and available in several colours (for example White, Black, Khaki), it comes in one size with dimensions Ø23x15cm. The fabric has a matt finish and is easy to care for; wash at low temperature and air-dry to maintain the material.

Its simple construction without rigid panels makes the hat packable and convenient for storage or travel. The stitched detailing on the brim and the smooth crown give a tidy, practical finish suited to outdoor activities and casual urban wear.

This personalised bucket hat can be customised using screen printing (object), embroidery, flex, multicolour transfer or DTF printing. Minimum order: 200 pieces (colours and sizes combined). Recommended for companies, sports clubs, associations, events and private customers; our design studio can retouch or vectorise your logo before production.
