The Onyx 5-panel cap is designed for everyday comfort with a unisex fit for a 58 cm head circumference. Made from brushed heavy twill cotton of 70% recycled cotton and 30% recycled polyester (240 g/m²), it features Cyclo® technology which uses pre-sorted waste to determine yarn colour. A metal buckle provides secure, easy adjustment and an Aware™ tracer lets you trace the product’s origin via a QR code, increasing supply-chain transparency and connection to the manufacturing journey.
This custom / personalised cap with logo can be decorated by embroidery, DTF printing, flex, screen printing, screen-print transfers (1-colour and multicolour), embroidered patches, pad printing and digital printing on objects. Suitable for companies, sports clubs, associations, events and private customers; our in-house graphic studio can retouch or vectorise your logo for a professional finish.
