Custom recycled t-shirt – safety crew neck short sleeves

This unisex short-sleeve recycled safety T-shirt has a standard fit and is made from 50% cotton / 50% recycled polyester with a piqué knit and combed cotton, treated to resist pilling. It provides UPF40+ sun protection and is classified as PPE Category II, meeting relevant visibility and general safety standards. Machine washable at 60°C (25 cycles), it is designed for demanding outdoor and worksite use.

The garment features a ribbed crew neck lined with recycled polyester, contrast shoulder panels and a micro-ventilated birdseye underarm insert, plus two 7 cm segmented retro-reflective bands on the front and back. Contrast lower hem, double-needle finishes and a removable brand label add practical details. Available in several colours including Hi Viz Orange/Navy and Hi Viz Yellow/Navy, in sizes XS–6XL.

This personalised T-shirt can be customised from one piece using DTF printing, screen transfer, MSO transfer or flex. Suitable for companies, construction teams, clubs, associations and events requiring visibility and comfort.
