Custom recycled safety multipocket trousers

Unisex work trousers available in sizes 34 FR to 62 FR. Made from 60% recycled polyester, 36% cotton and 4% elastane in a twill weave with a water-repellent finish, they deliver durability with stretch. The design includes an elasticated side waist, zip fly with covered button, a 5 cm adjustable hem and Cordura® knee reinforcements for increased wear resistance. Machine washable at 60 °C (25 cycles).

Functional details include two front pockets, a right ticket pocket, cargo pockets with flap and hook-and-loop closure, a pen/tool pocket, and rear flap pockets. A plastic D‑ring on the waist, two segmented retro-reflective bands on the lower leg and contrast panels improve visibility. Removable knee pad pockets accept the WKP150 knee protectors (sold separately).

These personalised trousers can be customized from one piece by embroidery, DTF printing, flex, screen printing, transfer prints or embroidered patches. Suited to companies, construction teams, clubs, associations and events requiring high-visibility, durable workwear (examples: Hi Viz Orange/Navy, Hi Viz Yellow/Navy).
