Sport mouthguard in a U-shape for adults and juniors, made from EVA to provide a balance of support and comfort. The design includes retention zones and contact pads that stabilise the guard and protect the lower jaw while remaining slim enough to minimise interference with speech and breathing. Available in several licensed designs and colours, for example Deadpool, Hulk and Spiderman.

The mouthguard can be heat-formed for a personalised fit as noted by the manufacturer’s Remodel Tech™; its structure features stabilising elements to improve in-mouth retention. Care is straightforward: rinse with clean water after use and air-dry.

Customisation is possible from a single piece and it suits clubs, schools, sports teams, businesses and individuals wanting a personalised mouthguard. Suitable marking methods for this object include pad printing, screen printing, DTF printing and digital printing.
