Custom A4 conference folder

The Conference A4 notepad features a PU cover, zip closure and a 25‑sheet A4 pad, designed for professional use at meetings and client visits. It offers a slim, practical profile that keeps documents accessible, with an integrated pen loop and multiple internal pockets for cards and loose papers. The PU material is easy to wipe clean.

In daily use the zip secures contents and the four interior compartments provide organised storage for cards, documents and notes. Measuring 33.5 x 2.5 x 26.5 cm, it comfortably accommodates A4 documents and fits into briefcases or bags. The synthetic PU finish maintains shape and requires minimal care.

Customisation is available by personalised notepad using screen printing on the item or embossing — suited to companies, sports clubs, associations, events and corporate gifts. This is a non-textile promotional item with a minimum order of 5 pieces (colours and sizes combined); lower quantities may be accepted with additional fees. Free quote within 24 hours on weekdays and a graphic studio can adapt or vectorise your logo.
