Custom Heat Apply ID Pockets (Packs of 50)

Thermally applied ID pockets in PVC designed for application onto a wide range of textiles. Supplied in sets of 2, each pocket accepts a card up to 85 × 55 mm (credit card size). The waterproof PVC delivers a durable pocket that is machine washable to 60 °C; application is a single heat operation (130 °C for 10 seconds), providing a tidy, low-profile way to add a card holder without altering the garment's cut.

The pocket features an access slot sized for standard cards and a smooth finish for easy insertion and removal. Performance depends on the textile substrate and correct heat application, making it suitable for workwear, hi‑vis vests and other technical garments where a secure ID holder is required.
