Custom trousers – Unisex with elasticated bottom leg and reflective band

Unisex work trousers in a 65% polyester / 35% cotton serge, straight cut, designed for professional use where durability and comfort are required. The garment withstands 60°C washing and features an elasticated side waist, zip and button closure, and reinforced stitching at high-stress points. Reinforced knee panels and triple stitching increase longevity while maintaining freedom of movement. Available in several colours such as Black and Navy and in sizes 34 FR to 62 FR.

The design includes two front pockets, two flap cargo pockets with press-stud closures and one zippered welt back pocket. Elasticated leg hems and a retroreflective band compliant with EN17353:2020 (resistant up to 30 cycles at 60°C) enhance visibility. Reinforced belt loops and a raised centre back loop add practicality; detachable brand label for flexibility of use.
