Custom cap – Eco-friendly unisex trucker 5 panels

Unisex 5-panel trucker designed for everyday wear and promotional use. The visor and front panel are made from organic cotton twill with a reinforced front for a stable print area, while the rear panels are mesh in 100% post-consumer recycled polyester to ensure breathability. One size with an adjustable recycled plastic snapback provides a secure, comfortable fit across different head shapes. For the Ivory shade, we recommend gentle washing at 30°C following the care advice supplied.

Careful finishing details include topstitching on the visor, internal bias binding and a structured 5-panel shape that keeps its form. The reinforced front panel gives a smooth surface for decoration and the snapback ensures reliable fit. Available in multiple colourways (for example Black, Dark camel / Beige, Navy Blue).
