Unisex 6-panel cap made from recycled cotton and recycled polyester, designed for comfortable everyday wear. The six-panel construction provides a classic shape and stable fit, while the blended material (60% recycled cotton, 40% recycled polyester) gives a durable sergé-like feel. One size with an adjustable hook-and-loop strap for easy fitting to most head sizes. Care is straightforward following normal guidance for mixed fabrics.
Practical details include a pre-shaped peak for sun protection, discreet stitching and a lightweight structure without excessive stiffness. A special label with an Aware™ QR code links to the K-loop tracking system for full production-chain traceability and certification verification by smartphone.
This cap is available personalised from 1 piece and is part of our eco-responsible textile range. Customisation options include personalised 6-panel cap via screen printing transfer, MSO transfer, DTF printing, flex or embroidery. Suitable for companies, sports clubs, associations, events and private customers; our in-house design studio can vectorise or retouch your logo before production.
