Custom Hardcap Aerolite® micro visor safety cap

Unisex 5-panel cap designed for safety and frequent wear: the Hardcap Aerolite® combines a robust polyethylene shell with a lightweight lining while remaining notably light. The shape covers the head comfortably and features a micro visor; mesh side panels improve airflow. Available in several colours, including Black and Navy, in one size.

The construction emphasises comfort and ventilation: an internal sweatband and Air-Flow technology reduce heat build-up during extended use. Stitching appears tidy and the small visor gives sun protection without obstructing sight. The cap meets the EN 812 standard for protective headwear.

This personalised 5-panel cap can be customised from one piece and suits companies, sports clubs, associations and events. Personalisation techniques available include embroidery, screen printing transfers, DTF printing, flex and MSO transfer.
