Unisex 5-panel cap designed for safety, the Hardcap Aerolite® pairs a full HDPE shell with a lightweight EPP liner to deliver EN812-compliant protection while remaining exceptionally light. The five-panel cut and integrated peak provide secure fit and sun shading, and the Air-Flow construction improves ventilation. One size; clean surface dirt with a damp cloth.
The photo shows mesh-like lateral panels that enhance breathability and an adjustable strap for a secure fit. Robust finishes and construction make this cap suitable for demanding outdoor or onsite use where comfort and protection are required.
This personalised 5-panel cap can be customised from one piece and is suitable for companies, sports clubs, associations, events and private customers. Marking options include screen printing, MSO transfer, DTF printing, flex (heat transfer) and embroidery; our studio can vectorise or retouch your logo before production.
