Unisex safety cap with an integrated shell in polyethylene and polypropylene, offering EN812-compliant protection while remaining lightweight. The 5-panel cut with a curved peak and low-profile fit provides discreet, comfortable wear. Technical materials and a lightweight EPP liner give impact resistance without added bulk; maintenance is straightforward—wipe clean with lukewarm water.

The design includes micro-ventilated side panels for improved airflow and an adjustable chin strap for a secure fit. Reinforced stitching around the peak and flat internal finishes reduce pressure points during extended wear on site or outdoors.

This cap is available for personalisation using Transfer Screen Printing (screen printing transfer), MSO transfer, DTF printing, flex and embroidery. Suitable for companies, sports clubs, associations, events and private customers — personalised cap possible from one piece; our graphic studio can retouch or vectorise your logo.
