Unisex 5-panel cap designed for safety and wearer comfort, the HardCap™ A1+ pairs a removable polyethylene shell with a textile outer in polypropylene. The five-panel cut offers a secure fit while accommodating the internal shell; the textile cover is machine washable for easy care. One size with an adjustable rear fastening, suitable for professional settings where EN812 compliance is required.

Practical details include a short, slightly curved peak, ventilated panels on top and a one‑hand adjustable rear closure for quick fitting. Contrasting piping highlights the profile and reinforced seams improve long‑term durability. The shell is removable to allow washing of the fabric parts.

The HardCap™ A1+ can be personalised from one piece using Transfer (screen transfer), MSO transfer, DTF printing, flex and embroidery. Recommended for companies, sports clubs, associations, schools and events.
