This unisex 5-panel cap is designed for professional and association use: the HardCap™ A1+ pairs a removable protective shell with a machine-washable textile cover. The five-panel construction gives a close fit and the short visor protects without restricting view. It meets EN812 standards and features a one-handed adjustment system for quick fitting. Available in 1 colour (Black) in one size.

The photo highlights practical details: a partially ventilated mesh top, pronounced seam construction and a contrasting piping along the visor edge. A discreet rear adjustment dial allows on-the-go sizing without removing the shell. The rigid inner shell is removable so the textile outer can be washed.

The cap can be personalised from a single piece: personalised cap using screen printing (screen printing), MSO transfer, DTF printing, flex (flock) or embroidery. Suitable for companies, sports clubs, associations, events and individuals who need a safe, custom-branded cap.
