Unisex 5-panel protective cap designed for job-site use, made from PU-coated nylon with an internal polycarbonate shell. The 5-panel construction gives a close-fitting profile and a curved peak; panels include high-density foam for support and comfort. The cap fits head circumferences of 55–60 cm and is EN812 compliant.

Features include mesh eyelets for ventilation, a removable inner shell and a rounded top with a button. The photo shows a shaped peak with a contrast trim and clean panel stitching that helps maintain the cap’s shape in daily use. Available in multiple colours — for example Black, Orange or Yellow.

This personalised cap can be customised from one piece using embroidery, screen printing transfers, MSO transfer, DTF printing or flex. Suitable for companies, sports clubs, associations, construction sites and events; our graphic studio can retouch or vectorise your logo.
