Unisex 5-panel cap with a classic, everyday design. It features a rigid front panel and a pre-curved visor with six rows of stitching for durability and sun protection. Made from 65% polyester / 35% cotton (260 g/m²), the fabric balances durability and comfort. One size fits most, with a hook-and-loop fastening and sewn eyelets for ventilation; there is a detachable label to simplify branding.

The seamless front panel provides a flat, stable area well suited to printing, while the structured visor keeps its shape over time. The cap is offered in 17 colours (for example Black, Navy, White) and is maintained like any standard textile accessory.

This personalised 5-panel cap can be customised from a single piece and is suitable for companies, sports clubs, associations, events and private individuals. Available customisation techniques include Embroidery, Screen Printing, Transfer MSO, DTF printing and Flex. Our design studio can retouch or vectorise your logo; free quote within 24 hours on weekdays, collection at our Evere workshop or delivery in Belgium, France and Luxembourg.
