Cotton-lined sweatband.

Unisex 5-panel cap personalised, crafted from brushed cotton serge for a soft, flexible feel. The classic five-panel cut features a structured peak with a contrast sandwich detail and a cotton-lined sweatband for improved comfort. Rear metal buckle adjustment and one size make it straightforward to wear. Available in several colours, for example Beige/White, Black/White or Navy.

The five-panel construction holds a clean shape without being overly rigid; the sandwich edge on the peak adds visual depth. Visible topstitching on the panels and a reinforced inner band contribute to comfort and durability in everyday use. Care is typical for cotton garments.

This personalised 5-panel cap is suitable for embroidery, DTF printing, flex (heat transfer) and screen printing transfers. Recommended for companies, sports clubs, associations, events and private clients: it can be personalised from one piece and our design studio can vectorise your logo if required.
